Job summary

MindCare Solutions in Hudson, CO seeks a licensed mental health provider (LCSW/LPC/LMHP) for an on-site, full-time role in a correctional setting. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy while coordinating with medical staff and stakeholders.

You will maintain thorough documentation, participate in team reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety, and continuity of care for incarcerated individuals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a LHP in CO (LCSW/LPC/LMHP).
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience; correctional/forensic/inpatient preferred.
• Experience with assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments, intake screenings, risk evaluations for incarcerated individuals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Perform crisis intervention, including suicide risk assessments and safety planning.

Correctional LMHP - On-Site

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Providers (LCSW, LPC, LMHP) who are interested in partnering with a growing organization that values collaboration and a strong team-oriented culture, working within a correctional setting.

Schedule: Full-Time, dayshift

Locaation: Hudson, CO

Compensation: up to $45/hr

Position Summary

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including intake screenings, risk evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations for incarcerated individuals.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide individual and group therapy services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, adjusting interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Perform crisis intervention, including suicide risk assessments, safety planning, and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical staff, correctional officers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and discharge/reentry planning.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, including those specific to correctional healthcare.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, and medication adherence (as applicable).
• Support continuity of care by coordinating with community providers upon release.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to safety protocols within the correctional environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW, LPC, LMHP) in the CO.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of [1-2] years of clinical experience (correctional, forensic, or inpatient experience preferred).
• Experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment, including suicide prevention.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a secure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet all facility credentialing requirements.
