Job summary

Kingswood U.S. is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join our on-site team in Boca Raton, FL. You will prepare and review journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

You will reconcile balance sheet accounts, support AP/AR, and ensure accurate recording of revenue and expenses. You will assist with financial reporting, budgets, variance analysis, and audits while ensuring internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements; focus on internal controls and audit support.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to present to non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward certification preferred.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus; broker-dealer/SEC/FINRA familiarity is helpful.
