Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer for a site-based engagement in Georgia. The role centers on troubleshooting, verifying, and optimizing BMS and EPMS systems within critical facilities, ensuring reliable commissioning and ongoing operation.

The ideal candidate applies hands-on expertise, analyzes electrical and network diagrams, and collaborates with project leadership, vendors, and commissioning teams to rapidly resolve issues and improve systems performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of BMS/BAS and EPMS systems in complex facilities.
• Solid understanding of device communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, RS-485, Ethernet/TCP-IP).
• Experience tracing faults across devices, networks and controllers in critical environments.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot device communications, network cabling, and equipment connectivity to minimize downtime.
• Investigate faults impacting energisation, integration, or testing progress; escalate as needed.
• Verify data flow between field devices, controllers, gateways, switches and monitoring platforms.
