Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and five years of construction management

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a high-performance team.
• Good working knowledge of construction methods and building systems.
• Familiarity with strategic planning and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is integrated into planning and execution on all projects.
• Coordinate with Foreman and project team on self-performed work and trade partners.
• Oversee material handling, scheduling, and site utilization plans.
• Maintain project logs, timekeeping, and cost records.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings with trade foremen and partners.
• Ensure quality control for Company and subcontractors.
