Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the field eyes and ears of construction and project management.
• Capable of making critical decisions under pressure and resolving on-site challenges.
• Maintains understanding of current construction/demolition methods and BMPs.
• Manages scope creep and reports changes to the Contract Technical Representative.
• Reads, interprets, and ensures compliance with project specs, plans, and procedures.
• Monitors resources to ensure effective execution and communicates needs.
• Instructs employees on work methods and sets performance expectations.
• Ensures safety and quality compliance.
• Provides leadership to subordinate personnel.
• Serves as primary field representative with internal/external groups and auditors.
