Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field and 9 years of project managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of and experience with construction civil and structural Project Management Best Practices
• Attention to detail
• Expert PC skills including Microsoft software

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and organize project work to meet contract requirements and budget.
• Lead and motivate supervised personnel; interface with management and clients.
• Administer contracts and fiscal functions; ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field activities to ensure safe, effective execution.
• Participate in business development activities.
