Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in construction management required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain a 4-6 week look ahead schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily reports on site conditions.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct site inspections.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and engineers.
• Manage on-site personnel, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
• Review and interpret project drawings and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and progress reviews with clients.
• Identify project risks and propose solutions.
