Cadence McShane Construction Company is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and top workmanship across projects. Based in Texas with regional offices, the role oversees preconstruction to closeout with direct responsibility for on-site teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive on-site leadership experience, a strong safety background, and a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of construction management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Full-time, in-person role at assigned jobsite.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction: assist with bid prep, QA/QC constructability reviews, and scheduling.
• Project Controls: understand subcontract agreements, review daily reports, manage insurance.
• Schedule Management: develop and maintain project schedules, hit milestones.
• Quality Management: ensure drawings/specs compliance and QA/QC adherence.
• Safety: develop site safety plans and conduct site safety audits.
