Job summary

3RC Services is seeking a Working Superintendent to lead construction and repair tasks on-site. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Hands-on participation in carpentry, framing, and detailing will be required. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in commercial construction and working knowledge of PM software.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Advanced proficiency in rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans including MEP layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and on-site leadership abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication for team and client interactions.
• Experience with project management software (PM software), Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and ProCore preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership to field team and subcontractors.
• Oversee project work orders, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and clients to ensure timelines.
• Maintain safety protocols and conduct on-site inspections.
• Prepare daily field reports, timesheets, and project logs.
• Utilize experience with metal buildings and healthcare facilities when applicable.
