Infinite Consulting Corp. in Montauk, NY, seeks a Superintendent to lead a $15 million clubhouse renovation. The project is moving from design into construction with an estimated 13–14 months of field work ahead.

You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards on occupied renovation work. Strong leadership and extensive renovation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial construction or major renovation projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise multiple subcontractors and field personnel.
• Extensive experience with commercial renovation and occupied construction projects.
• Experience coordinating demolition, structural concrete, waterproofing, precast concrete installation, and interior fit-out work.

• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules, monitor project progress, and proactively identify and resolve field issues that could impact the construction schedule.
• Enforce site safety requirements by conducting regular safety meetings, inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

• About the Role: We are seeking a Superintendent (The project has completed the design phase and is preparing to enter construction.
• Duration is approximately 13–14 months.
