Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support daily on-site management of construction activities on the project site. You will assist with safety programs, interpret drawings, and coordinate with subs and clients to maintain quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, 0–5 years of field experience, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 0–5 years of experience in construction or related field.
• OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site management of construction activities on the project site.
• Help administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Provide technical assistance on the project, interpret drawings and submittals.
• Manage select self-perform and subcontractor operations including safety, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with daily/weekly tasks (reports, safety walks, quantity reports, schedule updates).
• Understand the project schedule and critical path; participate in short-term planning and meetings.
• Participate in the quality program with inspections and material verification.
