Jobot is seeking a highly experienced Permanent Assistant Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Riviera Beach, FL. This hands-on role works with the Superintendent to ensure luxury residential projects are delivered on schedule and to the highest finish standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury construction, strong blueprint skills, and excellent client-facing abilities to coordinate with architects, designers, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in luxury residential construction.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience with luxury finishes and high-end materials.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities.
• Ensure work aligns with the project schedule and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Oversee selection and installation of luxury finishes.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain relationships.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe job site.
• Inspect progress and equipment to ensure quality and compliance.
