Job summary

NELCO Worldwide in Burlington, Massachusetts, is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for construction and installation projects. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction-related field and scheduling experience.
3+ years in project scheduling and project controls for complex construction.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project with critical-path analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project schedules for construction projects.
Collaborate with project executives, managers, and field teams to build realistic schedules.
Monitor progress, identify critical paths, and evaluate schedule impacts.
Prepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and milestone reports.
Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and subcontractors to align timelines.
Update status, remaining durations, and forecasts on a regular reporting cycle.
Lead schedule development meetings and support time-impact analyses.
Review changes, late approvals, and material delays for schedule impacts.
Maintain baseline, bid, and closeout schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Ensure adherence to document-control standards and reporting requirements.
