Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction-related field and scheduling experience.
• 3+ years in project scheduling and project controls for complex construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project with critical-path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated project schedules for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project executives, managers, and field teams to build realistic schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify critical paths, and evaluate schedule impacts.
• Prepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and milestone reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and subcontractors to align timelines.
• Update status, remaining durations, and forecasts on a regular reporting cycle.
• Lead schedule development meetings and support time-impact analyses.
• Review changes, late approvals, and material delays for schedule impacts.
• Maintain baseline, bid, and closeout schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ensure adherence to document-control standards and reporting requirements.
