Job summary

River City Construction LLC is seeking a Safety Supervisor to support project teams across Central Illinois. This role is primarily site-based at client facilities and focuses on promoting a strong safety culture on every project site.

You will conduct safety audits, mentor site leadership, investigate incidents, and help ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. A minimum of two years' safety experience in construction or a similar field is required; OSHA 30 is expected; BCSP

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of safety experience in construction, industrial, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and collaborate with jobsite leadership.
• Perform safety audits and ensure compliance across multiple locations.
• Monitor, identify, and mitigate operational, safety, and environmental risks.
• Meet with clients to address safety requirements and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Provide safety coaching, training, and guidance to site employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
