Responsibilities

• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and observations.
• Collaborate with superintendents and project teams to identify and correct hazards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and help with corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, inspections, and records.
• Develop and implement effective safety plans with project leadership.
• Monitor jobsite conditions and advise on safe work practices.
• Promote a strong safety culture where workers speak up about concerns.
• Travel between active project sites as needed.
• Support safety audits and compliance initiatives across Coastal Division.
