Apolis in Mount Sterling, KY seeks an experienced Construction-site Safety Coordinator to oversee contractor and workforce safety on a large construction project. You will ensure compliance with OSHA and client safety standards and provide hands-on safety leadership at the site.

Requires 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30, CPR/AED, and practical knowledge of PTW, lift planning, LOTO/LOTOTO, scaffolding and safety inspections.

Formación

• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification - Required
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience with ePTW, lift planning/rigging, LOTO/LOTOTO, scaffolding, and safety inspections
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and documentation

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily safety briefings, site inspections, and toolbox talks.
• Manage PTW, Risk Predictions, and safety inspections.
• Monitor contractor compliance, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Support safety planning for lifting/rigging, LOTO/LOTOTO, scaffolding, and high-risk activities.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Provide safety training, coaching, and field-based guidance.
• Conduct contractor audits and track safety performance metrics.
• Participate in project meetings and provide safety updates.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
