Job summary

Superior is seeking a Construction Safety Coordinator to ensure that every team member on our job sites stays safe and compliant. You will monitor conditions, support incident investigations, and help with emergency response on a live construction site.

You will collaborate with field operations, document injuries and near misses, sign daily hazard assessments, and stay current with safety standards. A dedicated safety-focused professional with OSHA training and First Aid/CPR certification is

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of safety experience in construction, or 5 years on a commercial site.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required.
• OSHA 10-hour construction training completed.
• OSHA 30-hour construction training or CHST credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the jobsite with Field Operations, Project Operations, GC, and trade partners.
• Assist with collecting safety records after trainings.
• Document injuries, incidents, and near misses.
• Sign daily hazard and mitigation paperwork.
• Monitor large sites and enforce safety regulations.
• Complete audits and daily activity reports.
• Stay current with safety policies and standards.
• Attend all safety meetings on the job sites.
