Neal Electric, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking a Safety Auditor to support field operations by enforcing safety policies and health guidelines across projects.

You will administer the safety program, conduct inspections at facilities and job sites, assist with industrial hygiene surveys, and ensure documentation and corrective actions are completed in alignment with OSHA standards. A high school diploma and mechanically inclined aptitude are required; construction safety experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate and mechanically inclined.
• Preferred 1 year of safety/health experience in construction.
• Ability to understanding safety programs and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the Company safety program and coordinate activities.
• Conduct announced and unannounced safety inspections of facilities and job sites.
• Assist in industrial hygiene surveys as required.
• Recommend safety equipment and coordinate with safety committees.
• Maintain records and reports per procedures and implement corrective action.
• Keep current on OSHA standards and accident prevention trends.
