Qualifications

• Strong documentation, communication, and follow-through.
• Experience working with owner or agency representatives on quality issues.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Construction Quality Control Plan.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up QC activities.
• Inspect field operations for compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and testing, review results, and track items.
• Review submittals for compliance with quality requirements.
• Prepare daily QC reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate corrective actions and verify completion.
• Support punchlist inspections, final acceptance, and closeout.
