Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience acceptable alternative to degree.
• OSHA 30, CCM or PMP certifications preferred.
• Experience delivering QA/QC and safety plans on site.
• Strong time management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction efforts and progress reporting.
• Manage contracts and budgets to budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope and timelines.
• Ensure health and safety regulations through site inspections.
• Coordinate RFI and submittals aligning with budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors.
• Review drawings for constructability and provide input.
