Job summary

Advantage Technical seeks an experienced Quality Manager for a temporary construction project in Claude, TX. You will lead QA/QC programs, review contractor plans, and perform site inspections to ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet project specs and codes.

Candidate should have 5+ years in QA/QC, project engineering, or inspections, with Procore and CM software proficiency. On-site role with per diem and long hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC, project engineering, special inspections, or related construction disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, codes, and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement project-specific QA/QC programs and quality procedures.
• Review contractor quality plans, inspection requirements, and construction methods.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits throughout all phases of construction.
• Monitor compliance with construction drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, trade partners, and field leadership to resolve quality issues.
• Identify design, constructability, and material concerns before they impact project execution.
• Document findings, track corrective actions, and maintain quality records.
• Mentor field personnel and support continuous quality improvement efforts.
