Job summary

Precision Pavers in North Dallas/Allen, TX is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead three crews across residential sites. This field-forward role emphasizes site visits, documenting progress, and clear communication with homeowners and ownership.

You’ll spend most days in the field, reading plans, solving problems, and ensuring projects stay on track with a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

3+ years in construction project management/field supervision (residential preferred).
Strong ability to read and follow plans; identify right vs. wrong on site.
Detail-oriented with organized photo notes and tracking of multiple jobs.
Confident communicator; calm, direct, customer-friendly.
Self-starter who takes initiative and provides solutions.
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record; background check may be required.
Comfort with learning new software; experience with JobTread or similar.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution across 3 active crews and multiple residential sites.
Visit job sites regularly to verify quality, safety, and progress.
Communicate with homeowners: updates, schedule changes, next steps.
Take photos, document conditions, and keep detailed job notes.
Identify issues early and propose solutions; coordinate with ownership on priorities.
