Precision Pavers is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Coordinator to support three crews across North Dallas and the Metroplex. You’ll be in the field tracking progress, managing material needs, and keeping crews, clients, and ownership connected.

This role is field-forward, not desk-only, requiring site visits, documentation, and clear communication with homeowners. Compensation starts around $65,000 to $85,000 per year and offers room for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or field administration.
• Ability to read and follow project plans and track progress on site.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day schedules and material logistics across 3 crews and multiple residential job sites.
• Visit job sites regularly to verify progress, document conditions, and keep notes.
• Serve as the point of contact for homeowners for updates and expectations.
