Job summary

FINITETEK INC is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Trinity, NC. This full-time, on-site role leads commercial construction projects from planning through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and within scope.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, manage contracts and change orders, review docs, track costs, support procurement, enforce safety standards, and report progress to

Qualifications

• Strong skills in construction project management and overall construction management.
• Project-focused skills in project management and coordination.
• Financial oversight through budgeting for construction projects.
• Maintain weekly reports, RFI, transmittal and CO logs.
• Know-how of building codes, safety regs and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• On-site work in Trinity, NC with travel to project locations as needed.
