Trinity Partners in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Project Manager to provide planning support and management across office, retail, and industrial upfit and ground-up projects. The role emphasizes delivering on time and on budget, with strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS and 3–5 years of CRE project experience, with knowledge of lease language and the ability to coordinate internal and external teams throughout design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in CRE or similar field.
• Strong understanding of corporate real estate structure and leases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Excel in all phases of Commercial Real Estate Project Management.
• Read and understand documents affecting projects (agreements, leases, charters, surveys, drawings).
• Assemble and manage internal and external project teams.
• Maintain proactive leadership and address client concerns promptly.
• Develop project budget and schedule, and monitor changes throughout the project.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and progress meetings with stakeholders.
