Job summary

You will coordinate labor, materials, and schedules, supervise hiring and training, and report to project teams while maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting similar field supervisor responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization and with customers/subcontractors.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze and organize project productivity, quality, and safety data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
• Knowledgeable of safety and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assures achievement of productivity, quality and safety objectives.
• Supervises hiring, training, job assignment and terminations for field personnel.
• Manages personnel development and efficiency of the workforce.
• Assists project team with scheduling and task adaptations.
• Troubleshoots constructability concerns with project team.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships for future projects.
• Coordinates material and equipment schedules for efficient use.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the organization.
