Superior Skilled Trades in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of construction projects with hands-on field involvement. You will review drawings, coordinate with project teams, monitor schedules and budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required, with 0–4 years of experience. OSHA 30 certification preferred; on-site, M–F, 7am–4pm, with overtime as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• Preferred OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Review construction drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to resolve standard technical questions.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, track labor productivity, and report variances.
• Support QA and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Identify opportunities for incremental improvements and share best practices.
• Participate in meetings and communicate updates to team and stakeholders.
