Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group LLC in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery of construction projects. You will review drawings and specs, coordinate with project teams, and help keep safe, on-time work.

The role requires a Bachelor's in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field, 0–4 years experience, and OSHA 30 certification (preferred; must be completed within 6 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 0–4 years of construction engineering experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing construction drawings, specifications and submittals for accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers and project teams to address standard technical questions.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets; report variances for timely corrective actions.
• Support implementation of QA and safety protocols across project phases.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and technical records.
• Identify opportunities for incremental improvements and contribute to best practices.
