Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. (CSI) is seeking a qualified project cost and operations support professional in Denver to assist on-site setup, cost spread, and job tracking.

You will monitor materials, productivity, and safety while helping prepare cost reports and approve invoices. Responsibilities include supporting project sequencing, coordinating with the general contractor and CSI Operations manager on manpower and resources, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction management or Engineering recommended.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong sense of urgency.
• Energetic, highly motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Ability to walk job sites and navigate multi-floor scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Job cost spread and estimate familiarity.
• Participation in project sequencing and scheduling.
• Participation in project cost reporting.
• Invoice coding and approval.
• Coordination with GC/Owner.
• Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources.
