Qualifications

• Eight plus years’ experience in construction or related field.
• High School diploma or GED required; Construction Management or engineering degree preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Manage job cost reporting; track quantities and forecast costs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the team from bid to completion.
• Prepare payment applications and status reports for clients.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and contract communications with QC/PM.
• Negotiate changes and manage subcontractor and purchase orders.
• Assist with field engineering, cost control, and project planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity inspections on site.
