Job summary

i-Pharm GxP is seeking an experienced Construction Planner to support a major pharmaceutical capital project in Lebanon, Indiana. This role works with the Schedule Lead, Construction Management, contractors, and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and monitor integrated construction schedules through design, construction, mechanical completion, and C&Q turnover activities.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in construction planning for large capital projects.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 for schedule development, maintenance, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6, including installation, testing, commissioning support, and turnover activities.
• Monitor field progress and inputs, update forecasts, and validate progress with contractors.
• Conduct site walkdowns and collaborate with Construction Managers and Contractors to validate progress and forecast completion dates.
• Create 2-, 6-, and 12-week look-ahead schedules for planning and coordination.
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, and resource conflicts impacting execution.
• Perform critical path, near-critical path, and float analyses to assess project performance.
• Coordinate with contractor schedulers to integrate schedules into the master plan.
• Track interfaces with automation, mechanical completion, commissioning, C&Q, FAT/SAT, and turnover milestones.
• Ensure alignment between construction completion and C&Q turnover requirements.
