Job summary

i-Pharm GxP is seeking an experienced C&Q Lead to join a major pharmaceutical capital program in Lebanon, Indiana. You will lead commissioning and qualification efforts, directing a team of engineers through to handover and turnover.

The role is a 12-month contract, fully onsite in Lebanon, Indiana, with a competitive W2 hourly rate. You will drive C&Q strategy and ensure adherence to schedule, coordinating with construction, engineering and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of C&Q experience in pharma/biotech GMP facilities.
• Experience leading C&Q on large capital or greenfield projects.
• Strong understanding of risk-based C&Q (ASTM E2500).

Responsibilities

• Lead C&Q strategy, scheduling and execution for your area.
• Manage a mixed team of client, seconded and contract engineers.
• Collaborate with Construction, Engineering and QA to keep systems on schedule for turnover.
• Review and approve C&Q deliverables and manage punch lists, deviations and risks.
