Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to support the National Park Service on ongoing construction at the White House and President’s Park in Washington, D.C.

The CMR will provide full-time, on-site oversight, including inspections, contract administration, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring of construction activities in a secure environment. Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s in engineering or CM, eight years of relevant experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; eight years CM/engineering preferred.
• Minimum eight years in construction management or engineering.
• Must obtain and maintain TS security clearance.
• Experience with federally funded, site-sensitive or historic projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting with stakeholders.
• Proficient in cost estimation and contract documents review.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction oversight and inspection.
• Read and interpret contract plans and specs.
• Facilitate meetings and document minutes.
• Inspect contractor work and verify compliance with codes and safety.
• Review cost estimates and contractor RFIs.
• Coordinate with NPS and other stakeholders.
