Job summary

BizSolutions 360 Inc. (B360™) seeks Construction Management Representatives for anticipated National Park Service and federal construction opportunities.

This contingent role involves on-site oversight, field coordination, documentation, and quality/safety monitoring on behalf of the Government and B360. The position requires strong field discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders at historic sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant construction management or quality assurance experience.
• Experience supporting vertical construction, civil infrastructure, or site work projects of similar complexity.
• Ability to produce clear, timely written documentation and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Construction Management Representative for federal construction oversight.
• Read and apply drawings, specifications, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and quality requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance for quality, safety, schedule, cost, and contract compliance.
• Attend and document progress, safety, and coordination meetings; prepare field reports and minutes.
• Review submittals, RFIs, pay applications, schedules, change requests, and closeout docs for Government consideration.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officer, COR, NPS staff, designers, contractors, and park personnel.
