Job summary

Project Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative (CMR) to support the National Park Service on the Wastewater Plant Headworks Project at Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park.

The role involves on-site oversight of construction activities, contractor coordination, and documenting progress. You will read plans, attend meetings, supervise inspections, review schedules and cost data, and ensure compliance with contract documents and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction fields.
• 10+ years in construction management or related fields.
• PE licensure preferred, civil/environmental experience ideal.
• Experience with wastewater/utility projects preferred.
• Strong documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Experience on federally funded or sensitive sites preferred.
• Ability to interpret schedules, contracts and cost estimates.
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical assistance and support to the CO during construction.
• Read, interpret and understand contract plans and specifications.
• Attend and facilitate project and progress meetings; document minutes.
• Perform on-site inspections and document findings with photos and reports.
• Review contractor schedules, cost estimates and RFIs; assist in resolution.
• Draft project correspondence for NPS review and issuance.
• Ensure workmanship and conformance with codes, safety standards, and contracts.
• Monitor progress and support quality control objectives.
