Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) is seeking a Special Inspections Technician I to perform onsite testing and material sampling under the supervision of a licensed engineer.

You will collect concrete, soil and related samples, monitor contractor activities, and prepare daily reports for the project engineer. You should be able to work outdoors on construction sites across seasons, possess a valid driver's license, and communicate effectively with team members, BLE leadership, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving history (min 3 years).
• Ability to work outdoors on construction sites in all seasons.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team, BLE leadership, clients, authorities.
• Detail-oriented and time-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite testing and sampling for concrete, soil and other site materials.
• Prepare daily reports and summarize test results and site observations.
• Collaborate with project engineers and site managers to monitor construction activities.
• Maintain records using MS Office and other tools.
