Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks a Special Inspections Technician II to conduct materials testing on construction sites under engineer supervision. You will work with site managers and engineers to collect concrete, soil, and other materials, preparing daily reports with test results and site observations.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and 2–5 years of relevant experience, plus active ACI-1 Concrete and ICC Soils certs and the ability to obtain additional

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED comparable.
• 2–5 years of experience or 5+ years with relevant certifications.
• Must hold ACI-1 Concrete and ICC Soils (or SCDOT/NCDOT Earthwork).
• Ability to obtain ICC Reinforced Concrete or ICC Masonry plus one more cert within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection or sampling services for construction materials on site.
• Prepare daily reports detailing test results and site observations.
• Collaborate with project engineers, site managers, and crews.
• Maintain safety and accuracy during testing and reporting.
