Casa Fresca Homes is seeking a Construction Manager II to oversee the on-site construction of assigned homes in Venice, FL, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate field crews, maintain safety standards, and communicate with customers throughout the process.

The role requires a strong background in production homebuilding, ability to read plans, and leadership to manage multiple homes concurrently while aligning with company processes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of production homebuilding scheduling.
• Ability to fluently read construction plans and scopes of work.
• Capable of managing 8–12 homes at medium to high complexity.
• Consistently delivers homes on time and within budget.
• Familiar with applying the company PACT framework.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all construction activities to achieve 100% completion on schedule, within budget and in conformance to plans, specifications and standards.
• Communicate relevant information to the customer on a weekly basis.
• Maintain construction schedule and identify issues that may affect delivery.
• Inform Area Construction Manager and others about production status and risks.
• Direct trades to complete scheduled tasks on time and per plans.
