Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills; ability to work in a team; knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project direction and financial outcome for a medium-sized project.
• Develop project controls, risk mitigation, and change management processes.
• Create CPM schedule and monthly schedule updates.
• Manage subcontracting strategy and buyout processes.
• Coach and develop direct reports and foster a positive team environment.
• Coordinate with business development for client and partner relationships.
