Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the VA Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role involves providing construction oversight, managing compliance with contracts, and representing the company to the client. Key responsibilities include monitoring construction methods, performing field inspections, and ensuring adherence to design standards. Candidates should have a Civil degree, three years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, along with strong communication and scheduling skills. Qualifications

• Minimum three years of civil/construction management experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital facilities.
• Knowledge of building and construction crafts.
• Previous experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs is a plus.

• Monitor construction contractor methods to ensure compliance.
• Perform field inspections to evaluate work quality and materials used.
