Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the VA Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. In this role, you will provide oversight for construction activities, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and represent Planate to the client.

You will lead the construction work, perform inspections, and coordinate with facility occupants. Strong candidates will have at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare environments.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil or equivalent experience related to job duties and functions.
• Three or more years of civil/construction management work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital facilities.
• Knowledgeable in construction scheduling methods and of building and construction crafts.
• Good English communication both written and oral.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suites.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and mentorship in the completion of construction work.
• Monitor the means and methods of the construction contractor.
• Review contractor submittals for compliance.
• Perform field inspections to evaluate work performed.
• Ensure compliance with design, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Identify and track deficiencies and deviations from plans.
• Review and implement construction safety and quality programs.
• Visit project sites to obtain information on facility/site conditions.
