Planate Management Group is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to provide oversight and management for the VA Hospital project in Grand Junction, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or equivalent experience, at least three years in civil/construction management, and preferably experience with healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include quality inspections, compliance monitoring, and supporting design reviews. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
Qualifications
Three or more years of civil/construction management work experience, preferably from healthcare or hospital facilities.
Knowledgeable in construction scheduling methods and building crafts.
Previous experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentorship in construction work and documentation.
Monitor and provide oversight to ensure compliance with requirements.
Perform field inspections and evaluate workmanship quality.
Identify deficiencies and track deviations from plans.
Review and implement safety and quality programs.
