The role offers a compensation range of $90,000 to $125,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or On‑Site Construction Manager.
• Extensive experience in both ground‑up and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction and coordination.
