Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise subs and craft teams within a construction discipline. The role includes managing labor, safety, certifications, and timecards to ensure on-site progress.

You will support project managers on schedule development, push for quality control, and coordinate equipment/providers for project needs while maintaining professional client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Office, project and web apps proficiency required.
• Strong customer service and professional conduct expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise craft teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain weekly labor reports and address issues.
• Review certifications and trainings for craft roles.
• Assist with site orientation and safety meetings.
• Review and approve timecards for craft workers.
