Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Site Superintendent to oversee maintenance, installation, and consulting support for building and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on new construction, expansions, renovations, sustainability, and regulatory updates in live environments.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and codes compliance, lead teams, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with contractors to minimize downtime while delivering on-time, quality results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is of benefit.
• Experience managing complex projects in active production environments.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Great attention to detail, quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Daily check in on construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide input on budgets, cost estimates, and project financials.
• Work with Department Manager to maintain project schedules with adherence to facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with employees, management, contractors, and facility representatives to minimize disruption to operations.
• Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.
• Provide support for project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Responsible for MaintainX Daily maintenance tasks
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed to ensure on-time delivery and operational continuity.
• Maintain availability for on-call support to address urgent maintenance needs and minimize downtime.
