Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with trade partners, reviewing shop drawings, maintaining project records, and mentoring other team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent or equivalent in commercial construction.
• Must be 30-hour OSHA certified.
• Solid understanding of safety, scheduling, and trade sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage project safety, quality, and schedule for all assigned projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Ensure Peterson standards of quality and safety are adhered to by the entire construction team.
• Mentor and develop other Peterson team members while effectively managing overall projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, project team members, and subcontractors.
• Represent Peterson in a professional manner with integrity, focusing on doing the right thing.
