Vertiv Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction supervision, ensuring safe, timely delivery in line with project standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site supervision, strong leadership and communication to coordinate with subcontractors, trades, client representatives and site teams. 100% site-based with flexible hours and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on-site supervision in construction/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily on-site supervision of all construction activities and subcontractor operations.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and RAMS.
• Conduct daily site briefings and coordinate work sequencing with trades.
• Monitor site productivity, safety compliance and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with Site H&S Coordinator to enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain on-site records including permits, inspections and progress logs.
• Identify risks or delays impacting cost, quality or schedule.
