Job summary

Speedwell Construction, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on our Georgia-based projects. You will lead 20+ subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and act as the on-site representative of Speedwell.

You bring 5+ years in construction with 3+ years in jobsite management, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), and the ability to read blueprints and coordinate RFI/submittals while maintaining thorough field reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• 3+ years in jobsite management.
• OSHA 10-hour certification; OSHA 30-hour certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of 20+ subcontractors to meet schedule and complete work on time.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on site.
• Coordinate meetings and manage RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain accurate daily field reports on progress, delays, and site conditions.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and codes.
