Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily activities of 20+ subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to keep work on the critical path.
Lead meetings to align schedule, scope, and jobsite expectations.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure design specifications and standards.
Identify field conflicts and communicate resolutions to the project team.
Communicate with the team on RFIs, submittals, and technical issues affecting field operations.
Maintain accurate daily reports documenting progress, delays, weather, manpower and site conditions.
Ensure compliance with local codes, inspections, and permitting conditions.
Enforce OSHA regulations and Safety Standards on site.
