Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or related environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and cost-control experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Navigating zoning, permitting, and municipal approvals.
• Proficiency with Excel and project scheduling tools.
• Hands-on jobsite supervision experience.
• Commercial real estate, retail, or multifamily experience preferred.
• Experience with Procore or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and construction projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Identify risks, delays, and budget concerns early.
• Lead permitting, zoning, and municipal approvals.
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
• Attend Planning Commission and City Council meetings as needed.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Supervise site visits and ensure schedule, quality, safety, and budget compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, change orders, and construction docs.
• Develop budgets and track expenditures against budget.
